 We support aspirations of the employees to participate in charity events independently and together with the company. Together we collect plastic caps for processing and future support of the animal shelter and perform a community clean up in the streets of Russian cities, buy the necessary equipment and accessories for hospitals and orphanages, spend time with orphans and children without parental care.

Branches of our company participate in the Kid-friendly social project, the main goal of which is to create a favorable urban environment for people with children. Each Micro Capital office has child-friendly employees, some branches have a children's area, and others offer a place to wash your hands and drink water. In August, we had a truly cosmic event - the Moscow office of Delimobil | Anytime was visited by the pilot-cosmonaut, Hero of the Russian Federation, Sergei Ryazansky.

The meeting was held with the participation of top managers of the Mikro Kapital group of companies and employees of Mikro Capital, and an online broadcast was conducted for foreign colleagues and employees in the regions.
Sergey Ryazansky told how he managed to become a cosmonaut without an engineering education, what approaches to preparing for flights are applicable in modern business and life, how to spend months in space with a multinational crew and, despite the difference in mentalities and characters, become a real team.

The experience of interaction, management tricks and ways to solve “regular emergency” situations that Sergey spoke about will also be useful to our Mikro Kapital Group space team. You will surely learn a lot of fascinating and useful moments from the lecture of the Russian cosmonaut.



The meeting with the cosmonaut is the first intra-corporate conference of this magnitude. Our company plans to hold a series of events with interesting guests, whose unique experience will be useful to our colleagues and will be useful for business.
